Margeez Luxury Hair offers store credit only for returns made within 15 days of delivery, and only if the items are still in their original, unused condition. Any hair that has been opened, installed, processed, or altered including cut lace cannot be returned.Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you need a different product, return the original item for store credit and place a new order. To submit a return request, click here.
If your return is approved, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit. Please allow 3–5 business days for your return request to be reviewed and up to 3 business days to receive your store credit once your items have been delivered to our warehouse.
